Rick Flores served 29 years as a firefighter and now continues his calling as CEO of Desert Rescue 915 and Mission Ambassador for 1st Relief. Known as “the nicest guy you’ll ever meet,” Rick’s passion for people and deep community roots embody the heart of 1st Relief.

Jerry Sarabia is a pastor, missionary, and relationship builder who helped pioneer Victory Chapel in Florida, The Door in Colorado, and served three years in Ghana, West Africa. Jerry paved the way in relationship marketing for Complete Fire & Water Restoration at its birth. Now the Senior Pastor of The Potter’s House in Tirana, Albania, his leadership continues to inspire the organization through faith and purpose.
